what if HOME Flops??

After all the delays, I would not be surprised. I have lost interest in it.

if it flops...hmm...start looking out for leaked PS4 info since Sony realizes they jumped the shark on this one?

jk..Too many great games out there to worry about Home either way, besides..I'd rather have a game/environment that flops as opposed to sending off cardboard coffins every other 5 months anyday.

and can home technically flop? Isn't it free? I think a ton of PS3 owners will DL it and I'm sure it will be a decent service. I don't think it'll be something that people will stop using unless they just don't need to get on there anymore. I'm not expecting it to be amazing, but don't think it will suck either.

I have mixed feelings about Home :

first it looks too much like second life, I hope there won't be people selling "virtual things" for real money and people "living" in it ; I hope people understant it's for gaming and talking about the PS3 world, not creating a better life for them

then I fear it'll be a way for companies to make lots of money (advertise products with no return for the visitors, selling wallpapers, music, videos we should get for free), of course the "buy nice furniture for your home" points in that direction

finally, I fear the necessary things will be missing : inviting people to listen to music and watch movies or TV episodes (I mean "really" watching, full screen with good quality), getting informed (for free) of what's happening in the PS3 world (seems it will be Quore and thus not free ; even worse Europe doesn't have it at all)

what would you do me i would sell my ps3 and buy an xbox 360 thats the only reason im keeping my ps3 beacuse of home but me i really dont think it will flop beacuse of all the delayswwedx

I'm sure that Home will start off strong and interest will wane for many after a few weeks. Just like any other "game" would. I'm not really interested in it, but I'm sure I'll spend at least a little bit of time there.

Home is pracitcally a 3D MySpace. And a lot of my friends have a PS3.

Yes, I'm pretty sure it won't flop.
