i get frusterated the 1st death. if i die 2 or 3 times in qwik succession i usualy scream some sort of non-descript sound and wave my controller around at the tv. my gf on the other hand swears worst than any body i`ve ever known, met, or seen. every death, bad shot, miss jump is usualy ensued and endoprsed by glorious technicolor language that echos thru the house every 30 secs or so. seriously my gf is really really really foul mouthed when she plays games.
It SO depends. If I feel like I died because it was my fault, I'm totally cool. If I die and it looks AWESOME, like Dead Space, I'm pretty cool too. But if I die and it wasn't my fault or was a stupid game design (Far Cry 2, Resident Evil 5, Mirror's Edge (sometimes)) then I swear a lot. I don't throw controllers. $50 is a lot for madness.
If i lose at a mp game in cod4 4 i go upset. But if my team lose by only a few points and/or my team lost the lead at the waning moments of the match and eventually loses the game, i go mad..
If i die constantly it gets frustrating.. but i haven't ever thrown or slammed down my controller.. breaking it would just make things worse.Rattlesnake_8
Same, I hold back from throwing it. I did once with an old controller when playing the PS2 though. Fortunately I had another one anyway :P
It really depends on the game for me. Playing Call of Duty I won't care and have a laugh with my team, but I can get frustrated at Socom sometimes because of the no-respawn. I like the fact you don't respawn, just frustrating when you get killed because it can get slightly boring.
I play with honor:D When I did arena on WoW, I was very calm when I lost to someone better/equally skilled. But if I lost to a team due to countersetup, luck or a mistake made by me I would nerdrage.
well i thin the hardest thing i have done on the ps3, would probably be BIG boss emblem, i got a little anoyed when i got spotted, but it was at myself not at the game, i lost patience and rushed through my plan.
im always calm 99.9% at the time. if i lose or if someone online is being really annoying like talking loud and saying stupid stuff over his/her headset then i'll just quit the game.
