Should I connect the charging cable to the wall or to my psp first? I tihnk the manual said something about this, but I cant find mine so that's why I'm asking.
The smart choice is to plug it into the PSP before the wall outlet. For the person who said that they leave their charger plugged into the wall, just take note of this. It doesn't matter if your charger is charging or not, you are still wasting a lot of electricity by having it plugged in and not doing anything. Whoever pays your electric bill would snap if they found out how much exactly it wastes.

That would be me who pays my own electric bill. There is has been zero change from where it was before I had a PSP. If there is no device plugged in, there is no draw of electricity. Much the same way that any device or appliance can remain plugged in and will only use electricity when it's turned on.
i use an USB charger... but in your case i would connect the cable to the wall first, no one knows if it is working fine, it would probably blow ur psp if you have it plugged in... or even worst, you could get your hands burned or get electrifyed.
