Ehh.. there are some pretty good hack-and-slash games out there right now. There's still some hope for MGS:R

i would have to say MAG. I'm very skeptical about a game that allows for up to 256 players in a single online match... not because of things like lag, but becasue of the potential fragfest and/or campfest that it can turn out to be... and playing in such circumstances is anything but enjoyable (with that said, i'm assuming there will be an option to limit the amount of players allowed to join...) maybe the maps and spawn points will be constructed/designed in such a way that would greatly reduce clustering, but people always find a way to be pathetic little campers, and becasue of that i don't like MAG's chances for success... well, at least that turns me off.

That wasn't its weak point. No, the part that gives massive damage to MGS Rising ist he fact that Hideo Kojima doesn't understand that we **** HATE Raiden. Did he do like two tons of blow when that game was released or something? Raiden is about as unlikeable in the MGS series as that irritable dog in Duck Hunt.

I'm guessing that MAG will do well it's first week or two... but then fail. They offer plenty of modes so that you're not always in a 256 room... but I don't think people really understand that it will take serious teamwork and stragety to succeed in MAG. With the way people play in KZ2, CoD, and any other FPS multiplayer... I have little hope. The hardcore military people will love it, and play it right. I guess we'll see in Jan.

The biggest failure to date is socom confrontation,and im looking at MAG to be the next rated F game.Zipper or slant sux has been falling to the wayside as far as games go,so MAG your it!!

I thought his portion of the game was one of the saving graces of MGS2. MGS2 was my least favorite in the franchise, but I actually thought Snakes portion of the game was the weakest. I don't care if everyone has to act uber machoz and say they hate Raiden because hes a tad on the androgynous side, he's still a badass.

yeah I no he sucked in MGS 2 but in MGS 4 he kickass and they say that it might not be raiden if u really look at the pic

Oh, I see, well, it's possible for some PS3 exclusives to fail. Quantum Theory might fail because the publisher can't make good games without good devs, instead they rely on a new dev while the game seems too similar to Gears of War, nearly a clone of it.

Okay, I just watched a video for this... and it doesn't seem like it takes anymore bullets to kill someone in MAG than it does in KZ2 or COD.

Am a guy, and in my religion it's forbidden to look to nudity, plus i play when there are other people around doesn't that make you ashamed?

and i meet girls everyday in my college ok, am not some fat gamer on his mother's basement all he know is game even if games have somethings against him or his beliefs

anyway thanx for the bashing without knowing anything, and for screwing up my mood

i know you're kidding,but it's not only because of that, it's also inappropriate in my community, the TC got me mad the previous guy said just don't play it if you're uncomfortable but TC just came bashing without a reason

MAG comes to mind. Any server hiccups after launch could destroy the game like what happened with SOCOM. I'm also a little iffy on Batman, I don't think it's going to fail, I just won't be surprised if its not the great game some people are hyping it up to be.
