What would you do in this situation (MGS4)

What would you do if Kojima suddenly died and suddenly some guy takes over for him who says MGS4 will not be released ( i know this would never happen). But the games were already shipped out. But when you go to the store (or Internet), they say they can not sell it to you. How far would you go to get your copy!!!!!:shock:

or if m$ takes over and make mgs4 a xbox360 exclusif..
