Sorry...but Infamous is nowhere near as good as Uncharted 2. That's the bad thing about playing Uncharted 2...once you play that game, then you get bored of everything else. Cause no game is nowhere near as good as that game.
inFamous was a good game. RDR is amazing if you stick with it, I loved every second.
Definately play Assassin's Creed II, so different from the first one. And can pick up Brotherhood after you beat it.
Bioshock 1 and 2 were both amazing games.
Darksiders, GoW III, Resistance. PS3 has a lot to offer you buddy, just find something and start playing
Just come across a game called 'Vanquish'. http://uk.gamespot.com/ps3/action/vanquish/review.html?om_act=convert&om_clk=gssummary&tag=summary%3Bread-review Looks pretty good actually. Any feedback? Playing red dead as we speak, doing missions trying to get in to. It's happening gradually, maybe just an incredibly slow starter!!PS3Guvnor
Vanquish has been getting stellar reviews. Fast paced, and non-stop action. Check out some of the reviews.
I've never played a game that was so good, that other games felt boring in comparison :?
I'd recommend Dead Space and Bioshock, they really are classics!
Few games are as that... Mythical Beasts. "Uncharted" (first one) is a MUST if you skipped it. There are other third-person games I really like, such as "Just Cause 2" because it's HUGE and full of stuff to cause mayhem for hours with, and "Dead Space" if you like being creeped out. but of those two, only "Dead Space" has a plot that's nearly as engaging as the "Uncharted" series.
How about "Batman Arkham Asylum"? Have you played that on any platform yet?
Also I will probably get shouted out of the thread, but Guilty Pleasures of mine in the third-person action adventure catagory also include "Tomb Raider: Underworld" because Crystal Dynamics is a great studio responsible for the three best games in the franchise's history and this is one of them, "Alone in the Dark: Inferno" has excellent plot and involving game play but don't expect UC's combat exactly, "Dark Sector" because it's cheap and honestly is a good bit of fun for the $8 it will run you at resale, and "Dark Void" because 'The Rocketeer' is a great character, the flight mechanics are sound, and the creature design is fun.
I beat Uncharted 2 a couple weeks ago. Great game and I bought Red Dead Redemption, Battlefield Bad Company 2, Batman Arkham Asylum and Super Street Fighter IV over Black Friday. Plus I have COD:Modern Wafare 2 which I played very little of and I have Killzone 2/Resistance which I didn't even try yet. I have plenty of choices to choose from and I am going with......... Red Dead Redemption now. I like games with good storylines like Uncharted 2 so Im giving this a try. I may even try to rotate playing the games which I never done before.

Yeah, true that!
I can sympathize with you. I played "Uncharted 2" on normal, then hard, then crushing mode and somehow was still not bored with the game.
I would suggest waiting till January to play "Mass Effect 2" when it comes out on the PS3, because that was the second game I played and it was the only other game after UC2 to keep my interest, plus the DLC will add a lot more to the game
