Whats so special about INFAMOUS ?

I've asked myself similar questions. I have seen videos, read previews and still don't really see why it's caused so much excitement. Although, the hype has got my intrigued and I will sit on the fence until it's been reviewed and compared against Prototype before I make any purchase.

InFamous is made by Sucker Punch. Most people who have played their previous games will agree that they are pretty well respected...
No one has said this game will be "the next big thing" and no one has been brainwashed... It just so happens to be the next ps3 exclusive coming out, thatalso happens to appeal to a lot of gamers and Is made by a great dev. It's just a game for pete sake, do you really have to bash it this much AND insult us at the same time? we get it, YOU don't like a game that isn't even in the shops yet... now that is sad to see :roll:
