I just looked at mine through the XMB and its only 50 ish

is this still ok? or do i need to do some thing about it?

My online is never laggy realy, apart from cod, wich is un-stable some games will be fine, others it will be quite bad

Mines 100%. If your games run okay, then don't worry about it.

Mine is at 100% signal strength to, as the wireless router is in the same room on my PC, also got NAT type: 2 so i'm good to go as far as online goes.
