when i try to make a us account it always says Under Maintenance

i really want to play uncharted MP but i have a canadian account so when i try to make a us account it always says its under maintenance. please help

I assume you're trying to create an account via your PC? Instead, just create a new user on your PS3 and then create a PSN account selecting the US as your region. Unless the maintenance message is popping up on your PS3? :?

I think if you do it from the website won't work. But if you do it from the PS3 itself might.
