When Will they stop selling the PS2??

ps2 is competing with the wii, so honestly they dpnt have to stop selling it, then can market it differently (towrds a younger audience) but if i had to guess id say when the ps3 drops in price to 349, so about a 1-2 yers from now

When the ps3 succeeds. The longer the ps2 stays, the more dmg it does to the ps3. It's that simple. Who knew MS decision to force developers to develop for the 360 would pay off.

thats completely wrong, ps2 sales are not hurting the ps3 at all the console are way to differnet

if your choose a console u choose a ps3 vs 360 OR u say a wii vs ps2

I dont know when, but why would they stop, People are still purchasing it every now and then. Its a great value for a family with young kids and games are plenty and cheap. white_jaguar

Actually the more the PS3 sells the less PS2 does, thanks to backwards compatability.

Except that won't exactly be a problem starting next month.
