Where are all the people playing 3D games?

I know that Sony has a vested interest in promoting 3D as they sell 3DTVs, but it almost seems like wasted effort on their part to have a fair amount of their games made 3D compatible. Seriously, where are all these people with 3DTVs? I don't know a single person who has one right now, nor have I overheard anyone talking about having one. Most of the time when I hear people talk about 3D their first response is: 'do you have to wear those glasses?'I guess this is kind of a rhetorical question, as I know they're doing making 3D content to get some early adopters to buy the TVs, but I personally just don't see a large benefit right now (or anytime soon).

3D is garbage. If they want to push it until the prices come down and its basically a free feature then sure but i cant stand it. i will not go to 3d movies and i do not want a 3d tv. if i was offered a 3d tv or the equivalent value non 3d tv....its a no brainer.
