if you're aiming for one of those sixty dollar ones; i've heard you'd be wasting money. do some google research and you'll find that the only reason the special ps3 hdmi cables are so expensive are because they're protected by gold or something. a standard 15 dollar hdmi cable does the trick.

research yourself, don't take my word for it. this is just what i can remember on the spot.
