Where do you want GTA to be set?

They should go back to Vice City and make it even better.

They could take some of the characters from GTA4 and show them in the 80s.

They already made GTA London for the PS1. But I've never tried it so I don't know if it's any good.

Maybe somewhere like San Andreas because it's more than just a grided city.

They already did a city based on Miami. It was called Vice City.

and you find a lot of GTA "Easter Eggs" in the Manhunt games.
