Usually they would have their review when it is released but they are couple days late. C'mon gamespot. I hope they don't skip this game.

why do u need a review for games that already been out for and been reviewed ONCE? they both got a 9.0 outta 10 for the psp.....now they added trophies and made it HD 1080p, so i dont think there should be a need to review this game again

This. If you like the series at all, get origins. I started Chains of Olympus last night for the first time. It's fantastic!

I don't have a PSP but I believe PSP games expectations are lesser than a PS3 game for obvious reasons. A great game on a much lesser system doesn't automatically make it a great game on the ps3. And if a normal PSP game takes like 5 HRs to finish and suppose that is what it takes for one of these games, I would like to know because it may effect my decision. Good for PSP but real short for PS3 game. What if the game wasn't ported well and it looked shoddy? Maybe they wanted to add new game play modes? Maybe some extras? I am reading something about full stereoscopic 3-d with this game which I don't know about but would like to. I think there will be some sort of differences between the psp and the ps3 port even if they may be slight.
And the psp version graphics isn't impressive to me so it would be nice to see what the gameplay footage is like in HD rather than just blind buy.

There's a demo on PSN, why not just download it? There are also review sources other than GameSpot if you're really worried about it.
Exactly what I was thinking.........there is more to life than just Gamespot.

We are simply talking about a review. "More to life than GameSpot"?! Like a demo or other video game site? Relax.
Yeah, like other game sites. Just because Gamespot doesn't have the review doesn't mean you can't get answers elsewhere.
actually chains got an 8.5/10 and ghost got a 8/10. Just saying neither got a 9. anyway back to the topic at hand, gamespot doesnt review a lot of the collections because theyve already been reviewed previously. For example they did not review the first god of war collection so don't expect this one to be reviewedwhy do u need a review for games that already been out for and been reviewed ONCE? they both got a 9.0 outta 10 for the psp.....now they added trophies and made it HD 1080p, so i dont think there should be a need to review this game again

Gamespot has better things to do than review something they already reviewed again. If you want to know how it is, look at the Chains of Olympus and Ghost of Sparta reviews. Now imagine both of those games with trophies. That's pretty much all there is too it.

What does Gamespot have to do better than reviewing a PS3 game like God of War: Origins? There is a reason why like 19 other major gamesites have their own review of this game. There are differences even if they are slight between the psp and ps3 versions besides just HD and trophies and there are definitely pros and cons that aren't shown on the psp versions. It is also nice to know the gameplay hours to finish it because psp and ps3 expectations are different. And I heard about some frame rate issues which is good to know.
