Wheres my free month of psn+?

I tried buying one of the free psn+ games but I couldn't and I remember everyone gets a free month so....?

I'm guessing they haven't activated this welcome back promotion yet... otherwise, no idea..

The welcome back package is not up yet. They said it's still in testing.
