Hmm, pretty difficult question. Maybe Tekken, LocoRocois amazing. Ace combat hasgreat details, too. It's all up to what the genre of the game is, but overall Tekken has the best, (I hope Crisis core VII gets the leadin the coming future)
I'd say either, Tekken, Monster Hunter and Brave story. But one thing is for sure and that is that when Crisis Core comes out, that will have the best graphics hands down.
Monster Hunter for its attention to small details and great, lifelike animations.
I also rate Brave Story fairly high. Though its graphics aren't all that great, a bunch of small tricks make the average looking graphics look amazing, with the right amount of bloom, correct camera angles, and such.

yeah they're nice...... hmmmm bounty hounds are great, bleach 4 is nice and vivid, vcs is surprisngly nice... what about midnight club 3 ... frame rate is bad (not for me and my over clocked psp) but frames rate dont mean graphics.... if anything... the graphx are too intense for a (regular hehehe) psp.... chew on that!!!!!!!!
