I was considering purchasing one of these games; - White Knight Chronicles - Neir - Demon Souls From what I've heard about Demon Souls, it's very challenging, but rewarding. After watching "ClassicGameRoom" InecomCompany's review of Neir, I am kind of leaning towards that game. Which one should I buy?
Nier is a hit or miss kind of game. I would go with Demon's Souls...the thing about that game is if you don't think it's hard (and lots of people don't), the game isn't as much fun.
Call of Duty. It has RPG elements, you can level up, use perks (attributes), choices of equipment/weapons, and role playing (you can play terrorist or elite solider).
Demon Souls if you like a challenge. With Nier and White Knight its love or hate. I thought Nier was great imo. They're pretty cheap so you can't go wrong with any of these.

I still think that you should be able to press START for ALL games and have the game pause.
The thing about Demon's Souls is that it's a game that breaks the rules 8) That's what makes it so great. FORGET what you think you know about the way a game should be played. Demon's Souls finally reintroduces gamers to what that feeling of "OMFG!!! WHAT DO I DO!? WHAT HAPPEN?? WHATS THAT SMELL??? FFFFuuuuuu!!!!" Love it.
