I would have to say Haze was the biggest flop, there was so much hype surrounding this game. Many people said it was the halo killer, but before it could kill anything Haze killed itself.
Although Haze and Endwar were horrible, I'd say Golden Axe was even worse, it's just a boring as hell. Seems like no year passes without a extremly worse Sega Game xD
What? :? How is GTA4 a flop? It scored 10s on almost every review site and basically set Take Two in the comfort zone, financially. Although you might have found the game too boring too finish, it certainly wasn't a flop.

It flopped for me on a personal level .. you know, that thing we call an opinion ..
you can't rule out a flop with just your opinion... but if you say you don't like that game, that can be acceptable.True, thts wat i was tryin 2 say earlier

GTAIV was NOT a flop. a flop is when there is a lot of expectations for something, and it SEVERELY underwhelms. not slightly, but DRASTICALLY. THAT is a flop. GTAIV scored nothing but 9's and 10's, as well as selling MILLIONS of copies and making too much money to count. in no way, shape, or form, is GTAIV a flop. just because a few of you felt disappointed for one reason or another, which i frankly don't understand why, does NOT make it a flop.
a REAL flop, would be Haze! Haze had the entire PS3 userbase thinking we finally had a Halo-killer on our hands, and as someone else humorously put it, all it did was kill the studio that made it. off the top of my head, no other game really flopped as hard!
a couple of others do come to mind... Motorstorm 2 was the follow-up to a game that had sold 3 million copies the first time, but then again, 2+ million of those were packed with a PS3, so how could they possibly expect it to do anywhere near as well? it's a shame too, because i thought the first one was quite good and the second deserved to do much better than it did. fortunately, it's been doing pretty decently in europe from what i hear.
another game that flopped pretty bad was Bioshock. PS3 players had to wait over a year, and then still had to pay FULL PRICE for the EXACT SAME game! if we wanted to get access to the "cool, exclusive new features" we have to pay an EXTRA $9.99 on TOP of the $59.99!? no thanks... it's not too hard to see why this one sold as badly as it did. fortunately, there was a permanant price drop to $39.99 at Best Buy, and 2K released that online coupon of theirs, good for $10 off any of their games, so at a much more reasonable price of $29.99, i think i might just pick this up :-)

DUDE THANK U! U r right. Tht is wat a flop is. A 10/10 game is not a flop. If u dont like it then just admit it wasnt a flop. Say u dont like it, i dont care. Good job danduron :)

Well, to be honest it is no fun at all :S I really tried to have fun with it, but it's plain not possible (I enjoyed Haze at least for a few hours or something like that xD But I couldn't enjoy Golden Axe at all :S). Oh, and no co-op is really inacceptable for a Game that was really good co-op in the past ^^
Haze I got it for $10.00 at EB games, in early Dec 08. So an 2008 game for 10 bucks means it is the biggest flop and the studio who made it are no longer with us.
