I am a fairly broke college student in Saskatchwan Canada.

I will be buying a PS3 (which I shouldn't be buying) on Saturday the 19th.

I was creeping the forums earlier, and to my surprise, discovered that any bluetooth headset will work with the PS3.

So I would like to know, with price being the main concern, which headset should I buy?

Reminder, since I am in a deadzone in Canada, I can't hit up sweet stores like Sam's Club, Gamestop etc.

...do have a WM, Future Shop and EB games though.

EH?! Fellow Canadian the best headset on the market is the PS3 marketed one but it's $54.99 I suggest you get the cheapest or read the reviews on Google, plus Sam's Club went out of business along time ago

Google eh? I will have a look.

Any suggestions would be helpful though, I am clueless as far as headsets go.

I should not buy a $55 headset :(

Oh hey amsfm6 I didn't see your reply there. Yeah, ebay would be good but I need the headset by the 19th so it would take too long to get here.

although all bluetooths work, not all will sound good. just get a quality one, and make sure you set it up right. one thing i hate is people with crappy headsets, people with good headsets that dont set it up right. all you hear is background noise which can be really distracting.

If I could give you one tip of advice it would be this. Get yourself one that is rechargeable. When I first got my ps3 I figured I would save a few bucks and buy a Jabra with a AAAA battery. I figured that a headset wouldn't drain a battery that fast. I quickly learned my lesson. Investing in a headset which is rechargeable is a must. Other then that just weigh reviews of headsets with their prices and decide what will work

Yep, the BT125 is rechargeable. I have no idea if it's the best in the price range because there seems to be hundreds of inexpensive headsets out there, but the CNET review was very positive so I went for it, and I have nothing bad to say about it.

This is my favorite of all ive had. It is cheap, great quality, and very comforatable. Also wired, so no charging. It also looks better when you actually get it.

Most high-end BT headsets are expensive due to the noise-cancelling features in them. Those are mostly there for use outdoors where wind affects the sound quality. You aren't going to need these when playing games indoors. I would recommend buying the low-end model of a well-known brand over a generic or lesser-known brand.
