Which PS3 games that work terribly on 4:3 SDTV?

I want to know from your experience. I downloaded the demo of Crystal Defender from PSN to play and found that the game does not work pretty well on SDTV. I can't see the characters that on the edges of the screen.

LBP is harder on SDTV too. I better all 2D platformers are.

I want to play Comet Crash and Savage Moon and RA3 on my SDTV, but I doubt it'll work fine. :(

if you could afford a PS3 like everyone else here then i strongly suggest you look into a HDTV, even a tiny one or even your desktop PC monitor. I didn't even think about getting a PS3 until we got a HDTV.

practically a lot of PS3 games weren't built for SDTVs so they all look bad, believe me cause i had an SDTV to start as well. Playing NHL 09 on SD made me decide to ditch it and get an HDTV.

you can suffer through it, but next time you make a game purchase, look to get an HDTV first. a small one works fine, as long as it does 720P minimum. and get a cheap HDMI cable as well.
