I want one with the Wifi built in, and if possible, can play Ps2/PS1 games. Which model is suitable for me?

Umm.. the 60. All PS3's have built in wifi but only the 60Gb models have PS1/2 backwards compatability!

The 60GB model, you may have trouble finding one though.

The 20GB didn't have built in wi-fi IIRC.

Getting a 60 GB model must be difficult because you wont find a new one easily. You should get a 160 GB model, which has a bigger hard drive. The only drawback is the lack of backwards compatibility. If you're dying to play PS2/PS1 games, buy a PS2 then. They're now pretty cheap.
