Which would you prefer, a white or black PS3?

I really like the black, but I also like the white. But if I had to choose between the two, I would chose the black because I think it looks better with my setup and in my living room. Basically, I think the white would stand out too much and I would eventually get sick of looking at it.

though i hav a black one, i prefer the white one cause on the black one the dust is very visible. But i like the silver the best.

The black one is damn fine, it matches my decor, and it looks sleek, high-tech, expensive and classy.

The white one, to me, looks dull, ugly and cheap, and it loses the classy, high-tech look of the black one.

To each his own, but for my money and taste, the black one is the way to go.

Black one does match my stuff

but the WHITE chocoloate one looks nice. I like the white controller also

black one - sleek and new - looks hi tech and amazing on any stand - the perfect accessory, white - she's not so good. black is the only way for me..... and me taste to go

I don't care, I have a purple GC so obviously colour is not problem for me as long as the games are good. If I had an entertainment system with an HDTV and SS then I'd have to go with which ever colour matched the rest of the goods.

Scratches and or any surface damage would appear less, if it were white. Yet let me say this, every other standard console is white. Black is a nice mix.

Black because it matches my tv which is completely black as well when it's off. The only thing I don't like about that colour is that you can see dust, smears, fingerprints very easily

its too easy to see dust on the black. i wish i had white. but black looks better (matches my elite).

get black. white is too.....industrial or outdated or something. black looks sweet on everything. people say you can see fingerprints and dust...but if you're that picky, forget about it. black is awesome. plus white is the default for all this crap like the 360 and wii. see what I mean? black individualizes the ps3 from this other crap

i play it on a 98 inch hdtv with black onkyo equipment, and the ps3 serves fine on top of the dvd player
