Who are our Ps3 gamers?

Tell us what you do or what you are in. Example I am a Computer Science student in my fourth year working on my BS.

The reason I asked is because I have come across some interesting characters. The wildest was when I played Vegas with someone that was in a high position at Gatorade. Of coarse I did not believe him but recently I had a chance to apply for their internships and I found out that the guy in the next room of where I was getting the interview was the guy I was playing with online. It was trippy.

My hypothesis is that the PS3 audience is more of an adult audience.

I'm a commerce student at a top-tier Canadian business school. I'm 20, and plan to go into stockbroking.

Yes, I agree that the PS3 audience is more of an adult audience. In my opinon, that's because

1. their games tend to be cinematic, which appeals to older audiences,

2. the games tend to have a more mature tone (not gory, just mature),

3. a lot of people with the PS brand loyalty are older,

4. The system's expensive and hihg-end feature heavy, and that doesn't seem appropriate more most younger audiences.

Ok well so far I am right well besides the one person in high school but that is close enough. I dont know its just good to know that when you go online you dont have to worry about a 80% chance of getting called a ni&&a, get cursed at or something like that. That in itself is a good reason to buy a PS3.baller72
