Who here has reached a 50+ PS3 game collection?

I might be able to find 10 games I would like to own for the PS3, although I certainly wouldn't pay full price for them, which explains why I don't own them yet (ie, Ratchet, Uncharted, Folklore, etc).

Right now I have five games - Metal Gear Solid 4, Ninja Gaiden Sigma, GT5: Prologue, Little Big Planet, and Valkryia Chronicles.

edit - oh yeah, my PS3 also came with PAIN and I bought Super Stardust HD, Wipeout HD, and Pixeljunk Eden, although I don't count any of those (except maybe Wipeout) as full games.

I'm curious to know how many of you have invested that much money and effort into achieving that number & how many of you have surpassed it. I'd also like to know how many have you finished out of your collection. I'm interested because I can't seem to find the time to finish most of my games (work & daily occurrences take to much of my gaming time). In situations like this, would you recommend that person to stop gaming (even if said person loves playing games and has been doing so for decades)?azzezino

I actually have 52 games , would have more but in Brazil they cost like a hundred dollars.I can't remember of any game I haven't finished , so I think I've finished all of them.My situation is a lil different , in October/November I bought like 10 games , of which two or three I played before the drought ( December xD) the rest I played in December cause I won't be having classes til ferbruary in the university.So I wouldn't recommend you to stop but there must be a time in which you will be doing nothing , that's the time you should play and this would be my holidays mornings , afternoon I go to the gym and at night I can hang out with friends or a girl.(Just for those supposing I have no life because of the amount of games)

I get all my multiplatform games for my 360. Like the other poster said, I love the achievements, Live community and the controller is better for me. I have 87 retail and arcade games for the 360 while I only have 5 retail and arcade games for my PS3.

There aren't even half that many must-buy PS3 games if you ask me. Even my PS2 collection hasn't broken 50, though I've easily played a couple hundred games for it

But unlike the above guy I buy all multi games on PS3. Free online, better controller, and save sharing. Achievements are retarded.

i sell mine after i complete so i have 1 which is pro evo 2009 as i never get bored of this and cant really complete lol

By my standards there are not 50 quality games out there for me to have & I have had my ps3 since launch 06. I only have 16 games right now. MusashiSensi

I only own one game at the moment, but I have played and beatem about 14-15 games on the PS3. I agree that there isn't 50 games out there on PS3 worth buying. Granted It does take quite a bit to for me to lay down $60 on a game. Even games like Soul Caliber 4 and Devil May Cry 4. I would recommend renting the majority of what is out there or buying used and then returning it a week later if possible.
