Who's getting uncharted even if it gets a 4.5 here?

I have never changed my opinion on a game based on reviews, whether the review is positive or negative, and I never will. I buy what I'm interested in playing and nobody can influence me to buy, or not buy a game because of their view on it.

Yeah before all these biased PS3 reviews I was gonna get this game.

And now...I'm still getting it no doubt ever in my mind about it.:D

Already got it preordered alongside blacksite area 51,assassins creed and cod4 all them titles to play until next year cause theres nothing good till January of next year.Btw gamespot is so much xbox360 fanboys i bet mass effect will get a 9.5 or little lower.

There's gonna be a demo right? I think I heard something about a demo in Nov.?? Anyway if the demo is as good as I'm expectingit to be then I'm buying it for sure.

Didn't we learn anything from the R&C review?

It would be much more intelligent to base your decision on the average review of all gaming websites, or better yet, make your own decision. There are many games that I enjoy that only got a 7 or so. Some games just aren't for the mainstream.

You would let this site or any other choose whether or not you buy a game?! I mean that would be truely sad if you did. I personally would NEVER let a game site based on their review let my mind stray away or towards buying a game. As I've stated many times on this site "At the end of the day it's my money that's being spent on these games".

I have to manually quote posts because supposedly every response in the topic belongs to ANOTHER topic :(

But yeah, I'll pick up uncharted...probably get it for christmas though...Motorstorm, Haze, R an C, Uncharted, Heavenly Sword, and Sigma for christmas, no 360 games, I have enough of those for now...

I'll be getting it. I go to IGN for my PS3 reviews now, GS seems to be on a downer with Sony atm. Although they are useful for a worst case scenario review.

I highly doubt Uncharted will get such a low score.

A lot of work has been put into this game and open demonstration from Naughty Dog has proved to me that I'll not be wasting my money on this title.

Unfortunately for review sites I don't makes my decisions based on their opinions, be it a 10.00 or 1.00 score board.

I take it into consideration, however demos, developers broadcast videos and personal opinion of the game genre is a main force of my conclusion.

Who cares how the game scores? It all depends on the facts written in the review. If I'd have trusted Gamespot's scoring system instead of the meat of a review (and the opinions of others), I'd have never played one of my favorite games ever, Monster Hunter Freedom.

That said, I will reserve judgment until the game is reviewed, and if everything sounds good it'll be part of my library once I get my PS3.
