Why dont you guys Use HOME?

They shouldve made it so that you start the system in home and have your own room where you navigate the menus ( media, psn, friends, options, games and such.) i feel people would be more prone to venturing into the main lobby or w.e it is where everyone is.

It's extremely boring, there's nothing to do, and the PS Home community is completely terrible.

I don't use it because I don't have a keyboard and messages take too long to type. Even if I had one for my PS3 I would rarely use Home just because... Well honestly, I don't have a very good reason. I go on once in awhile (I went on today) but it was mainly for killzone stuff, I find no one ever really is around to talk whenever I try to talk to them, so to me it's just that no one uses it the way I want to use it. I understand going to do stuff, but when no one in the whole plaza really wants to just talk, then that's not really fun.

if home would load up super super fast then i would use it alot, its just time consuming

I use Home from time to time. Have met a few nice people there too. But I always run into avatars hitting on each other, asking for pics, or typing "lol" after everything and that tends to ruin it all for me.

It's generally an obnoxious environment which is sad, because it's got so much potential behind it.

You won't enjoy Home if you don't buy your avatar a single item. Some of the elitist Home users tend to ignore Defaults and call them Noobs. I welcome the Defaults, when they're not being annoying, they actually say funny things. I like Home. It's where you meet wonderful people that live nowhere near you. Home isn't fail, just so we are clear on that. I believe there are more players (at any given moment) using Home than there are Black Ops players.

I messed about on Home for an hour or so, it then became boring and I haven't been on it since.

It also takes up HD space that I can use for proper games.

Because i would rather play games, especially Demons Souls instead

iv played home a few times and thought it was cool for what it was but when im useing my ps3 i rather play games or watch blurays. im not a overly social person as it is :p

but i sorta/ kinda like it..im not gonna go bashing it like everyone else though.

I don't use home or facebook because I like to kill brain cells the more traditional/fun way: fatty blunt.

Seriously, even my wife doesn't like Home and she was actually excited about it at first.

Actually, I hate facebook because it reverted all my friends back into teenagers. Now I wish I had no social life.

But the reason I hate Home is because it seems like it took up a lot of resources. Wasted resources that could've been used to improve the ps3 for everybody. With all the things the ps3 is capable of doing (but doesn't) why the hell did they put so much into that?

Used it for all of 15 minutes. Did not interest me at all. That's about it.

No time, and boring.

well, imho, its loading times are huge, every section must be downloaded often, people never actually talks, its randomness is boring and the main reason is this: I bought the freaking kz2 hellghast costume and one day i logged in and the helm disappeared from my wardrobe! DAMN THIEVES! DEATH TO HOME! lol
