why is gamespot bias against ps3?

i have noticed that game spot hates ps3... of all the websites i have visted, this one always gives the worst news about ps3. if you dont believe me visit n4g.com. this site just have a hate for sony which i dont get......

Actually i think you will find the reason for that is that the ps3 is awful. if people actually get past the fact that its called ps3 and actually look at what its got you would see its inferior to other consoles.

360 for instance is FAR better. much more stable, an incredible online system compared to ps3s boring online system. its free its gunna be awful. the ps3 cant even run Call Of Duty 3 without slowdown! and resistance is the only game even worth looking at! you parade these sports and racing games around saying wow these look great. but they are just sports they could have the worst visuals in the world and it would still be the same. basically gamespot is letting people know what this new 'console' is really like. good luck beating gears and crackdown lol.now leave gamespot alone, just cause they are the only ones who arnt scared to tell the truth.

I love how all X360 fanboys love to claim that a free online is going to be bad. They just wish they didn't have to pay a sub for their online.
The PS3 online is good for me, does the job and it can only get better.

Wow, IGN must be biased too---it just gave Formula 1 racing a 7.2 score! Yea, yea yea, tired of hearing these biased threads. Just because at times a low score is given that you didn't like, the site must be biased! Well, a lot of people refer to IGN as an "unbiased" site, and it gave the same score as GS---should we consider this another conspiracy by MS buying out IGN and having them give F1 the same score?  Or that IGN is PS3 biased now as well? In any case, please stop whining about the scores and biased sites and just enjoy the games Who really cares about the scores anyway? Does it really mean that much to you?.

This argument is usually countered with, "Well Live does things I don't even care about. You pay for useless features I don't even need." Well then why is Sony desperately trying to make PSN as much like Live as possible? You can't have it both ways.

PSN isn't bad because it's free. It's free because it's bad, and Sony knows nobody would want to pay a fee for their substandard services. "It can only get better?" What a nice way of conceding that it sucks.

And why is GS down on PS3?  Because the journalists here have the ability to comparison shop, and most of them either have all the consoles at home or at work.  The PS3 is a big letdown for anybody (especially 360 owners) who bought into the Sony hype machine and saved what amounts to a months rent to play games equal to or lesser than the games they've been playing for a year on the competing hardware.  They are hard on Sony because Sony is no longer as competetive as they were the last 2 generations, and this is clear to anyone with a basis for comparison (ie. someone who has access to all the consoles.)  Most of the people who are praising the PS3 currently have never owned a 360 out of principle.
