Why is PS3 selling so poorly?

Do you understand the concept of supply & demand.

XBOX 360 = sold out 4 months after launch. Meaning they couldn't sell anymore because they didn't have the stock. With both instock the 360 >PS3 in terms of sales

PS3 = plenty of stock. High price, no games

The PS3 IS selling rather slowly so stop making stupid comparisons.

PS3 outsold the 360 over its first months, but it should be noted that the 360 was heavily supply contrained at thgis time and was sold out for its first four months on the market, while the PS3 is in abundance on store shelves :(dustin-diamond

dude - im a gamer at heart and i have to call total BS on what you just said.

i've bought all 3 current gen consoles and to be honest the excitement of launch + games was best with Wii, followed by 360, and PS3. 

360 did have a brief lull when we were waiting for Oblivion and Dead Rising, but christ -- the ps3 is dead in the water games wise, nothing is fun -- almost everything is multi-plat, and it costs more.  

The PS3 is expensive, so don't bash on it because you can't afford it. 10 years from now the 360 will only be a memory and the PS3, like the PS2 did, will sill be going strong. The PS3 might be going slow right now, but do you seriously think the 360 will be able to keep up with the PS3 in the long run? The answer is NO!BoD_GOA_French

Believe me , if the ps2 didn't have all of those games , ps3 sales would be much higher than they are now.

 Your nothing is fun for the ps3 argument sucks too. Resistance and Motorstom are fun but the ps2s amazing quality is just overshadowing them a bit. People are well aware of tthose games and will be picking them up when they finally get a ps3 after the ps2.

 TC go back to SW if you want to bash the PS3. But go ahead and use our forum when you've become mature enough to accept that the PS3 is what it is, and will only keep improving over the next couple of years.
