Why is Too Human 360 exclusive?

Yes, BUT, and this is the key word, MS published gears and will midway publishedUT3. Epic doesn't want to spend money on that. If Sony takes initiative and epic decides toleave MS, taking into account the arrangements of their contractual limitations and responsibilities, what ever they may be. So in a scenario where epic may leave MS with no breach in contract and zero liability, then Sony can grab epic halfway and publish for them.In that case it's 100% possible, given only that MS doesn't have them on a contractually binding leash, so to speak.

Gears 3 can be on PS3 since the contract for gears exclusivity involves gears 1 and 2.

so there was an arrangement after all. then yes, gears 3 could be on the PS3 100%, unless MS will extend their contract with epic, which i'm sure they'll buy in to. the key for sony is to keep good relations with epic and whisper sweet words into their ears to manipulateepics future decisions
