would heavy rain be a buy or a rent?

I've said rent before, but now I've gone & pre-ordered the special edition. A lot of unoriginal or boring games have come out already this year & I'm crying out for something different now. Also I don't think i need to worry about not being as engrossed in it for future playthroughs as the GS reviewer said, because I'd want to find all the possible outcomes in the game. I think it's a safe bet, & the special edition is only another 5 quid.
