What if Kojima-san were to make a better updated version of the game ? People asked for a trophy patch and etc.. why not ?

The game was a good one and was the type to leave it as it is but you see games like UC2 and LBP get all these DLC goodies and expansions

so what would u think on MGS4 getting that attention ?

Tbh sir kojima is kinda full of himself, sure he's good at making games, but it piss me off when everytime i play a game made by him, it gose 'a HIDEO KJIOMA game" like a bilooooooooooonZ times, we get it your good! everything you touch turns to gold!

if there isn't anything now then there never will be
there hasn't been any new expansions for MGO in over a year
it would be awesome but he's done with MGS4
he has rising and other things to work on

First day buy for the trophy patch alone. I'd also love a secret theater like in MGS3.

While this would be cool, I see it more beneficial to put the effort into a new MGS or putting PW on PS3. I love MGS though and would buy it no doubt.

A lot of tht stuff isn't needed (updated graphics, more gameplay in the story, different difficulties), but if they came out with another version with a trophy patch I would probably get it eventually.

I'd like it because that means when I get it, i won't have to buy one with a crappy platinum cover on it. Couple it with an MGS Collection and I'm sold.

I would have to agree with you on that one.... peace walker seemed a little too massive for psp.

I already have the limited edition, but if Kojima made MGS4 Substance/Subsistence/Subsisterence?! then I'd stil be sold, if it had all the features you mentioned and trophies and stuff.

A MGS4 'Complete' version sounds nice. I do recall that Kojima sama did mention that there were some things that had to be cut out from the original game due to the fact that originally MGS4 wouldn't fit on a single bluray disk and dev time was running out because it was close to release. Unfortunately, as he stated it on that link, he isn't going to get into it at this time. I don't think he'll get into it ever though I could be wrong.

No thanks. MGS4 is perfect as it is and shouldn't be missed by anyone, trophies or no trophies.

Kojima better continue on a new game.

Sigh another misleading thread that leaves me disappointed. Kojima wanting to do it is a long shot away from actually doing it.
