Wow, PS3 got snubbed

i had a 360 and it got the red ring of death after 4 months. M$ said that i had to pay $160 to get it fixed. YEAH RIGHT!! after that, i sold it to some sucker for $300. easy money in my pocket

ok now that my anger is out and i can talk to you, it's not aversion at all...it's just that i type wuickly what i have to get out there cause i care bout the topic but i honestly dont care what anybody else thinks of me by the way im typing...i mean i speak properly, when i write on a job app., i also write properly and im the best in my english class at essays. but ya know this is just the computer and a forum on the computer...a gaming forum at that...im sure most of the people on here are smart, but frankly none of us,except for a select few, give a damn how are grammer looks on a forum. my point is that when I see a block of text like what you wrote there, I tend to skip over it because its unpleasant to read something that is laden with spelling errors and isn't using grammatical structure. it seems to me that if you want what you wrote to be read at all, you should put some effort into it, but thats just my view of it.

you used the wrong "its". "its" is a possessive therefore it would be "it's" which would be a contraction for "it is."

its my interest in english that has led me towards the desire to be a writer, which is why I'm an english major in college right now, but that doesn't stop me from having other interests, such as videogames. my thousands of posts are from years of discussing videogames on these forums, and spread out, its really not that much.

I was not pointing out the error to be degrading, but rather to be helpful, which is why I'm so baffled by the response to it.

Point being, don't correct others when you're not far yourself. He's not "TyPeInG lIkE tHiS" or "typng lik dis". Since it's "highest priority for displaying intelligence", does this make me smarter than you? Typing properly and all.

let me explain something, capitalization does nothing to improve the clarity of the message; using a word correctly can do a whole lot. I'm not trying to enforce arbitrary rules here, I'm trying to help with peoples communication skills. that's what's important.

Either way, they shouldn't be taking sides period. No matter if it'd be Sony, M$ or Nintendo. They're susposed to review the games for the general masses and give input from a NEUTRAL STAND POINT.

"The AI in Uncharted made firefights difficult.' How stupid is that they always rated games badly when they had bad AI and now when the AI is actually good it's a bad thing. And you're trying to tell me Warhawk couldn't make it onto Multiplayer games? It was definately one of the best of 07.

It's a lost cause though. If that were the case, you'd be on here typing till you're blue in the face. I myself, do it properly for the most part. That's all that matters to me. Are you kidding me?? First of all obviously you have never had to deal with the Microsoft shotty out-sourced customer service department and then I not only had to deal with them one time but my xbox crashed 3 friggin times. So until you had to dish out $400 for a system that continues to crash and then have to cut through all the red tape just to get it fixed...hush...secondly have you EVER listened to gamespots podcasts??? This last one for instance is a perfect example of their BIASED..they said that Sony confuses everyone by adding and taking out hardware in their system and having a 20,40,60 and 80 gig system!!!! Are you kidding me?? Look at all the sku's the 360 have put out and then you have the balls to say that sony have put out to many sku's?? At least sony did not put them all out at one time..they had the 20 and the 60..then PHASED them out and now have the 40 and 80 and how is offering the customers a choice confusing?? You can either have backwards compatability and memory card slots and more usb connectors and pay more or if you don't want all that then you can cut some of that out and pay less...2 SKU'S now Microsoft has the elite...premium...arcade .... Halo 3.... not to mention if you were an early adopter you didn't get HDMI cuz Microsoft made that choice for you that you didn't need but have since went back and now make ALL their consoles with it...the premium and elite have a hard drive the arcade doesn't..some have wireless controllers ..others don't..I mean come on if you are going to say sony is CONFUSING the consumers you have to at least mention Microsoft doing the same which they didn't and that is a glaring example of their BIASED!!

the only site that rates xbox360 games higher than ps3 games. stop freakin cryin'. and about ur other post, yes i have had to deal with microsoft's game support and its really not all that difficult. i called them, told them my problem, then they sent me a box, which i put my 360 in and sent to them, and about a week later i get my fixed, or new, 360 back free of charge.

Now I'll help you out (and i'm being serious, not mean,) and say it's really important you learn that people dont like having their flaws constantly pointed out and the sooner you learn that, the better off you'll be in your own communication/social skills. Halo 3.... not to mention if you were an early adopter you didn't get HDMI cuz Microsoft made that choice for you that you didn't need but have since went back and now make ALL their consoles with it...the premium and elite have a hard drive the arcade doesn't..some have wireless controllers ..others don't..I mean come on if you are going to say sony is CONFUSING the consumers you have to at least mention Microsoft doing the same which they didn't and that is a glaring example of their BIASED!!

your comparison of a forum to a job application is not apt, because while you would want to impress your would be employer, a forum is meant strictly to be read, and should be just as high a priority for displaying your intelligence as a job application.
