WTF is up with this!?

I was almost to rank 5 in GTA IV Multiplayer, and now it says I'm on rank 1. What in the hell? How can that be? I was on my way to do a deathmatch to earn the rest of the money to increase my rank and it said I was on rank 1, when no I wasn't. When I go to stats, my network, and look at my score, it still says that I'm on rank 4 and the amount of money I need to get to rank 5 keeps going up and down. Has anyone else had this happen and wtf do I do? I'm soo irritated right now, ugh.

Yes, that depends on your death-life ratio. But I never new anyone who went from 4 to 1. Maybe it's something elseSonyMarksman70

It's nothing else, it's a glitch homie. Trust me, it happened to me and sure it happened to others when they used to play this game alot.

Just a glitch don't worry about it. It happens to me sometimes too like I was rank 6 and it drops me down all the way to 0, then I log in later and I'm back to 6 again. Odd, yes, but having all the stuff back = PRICELESSPrisoner1137

Yeah it happened to me and my homie a few times, we got freaked out just like you, but no need to get heated or break something. Just a game that has a few minor errors, no biggie.

Haahaa, I probably wouldn't throw anything, but the idea sounded good. I get that idea with lots of things.

But yeah, that'd be cool to play together sometime. I'm having an off night tonight and ti sucks. Lol. I want to rewind to the other night when I was really kicking ass. Oh well, I have my good days and my bad days when playing. No big deal.

Just out of curiosity, have you ever had any issues with anything you go near killing you in the game? Even if it's a harmless object that you're just standing by when no other players are around? That happened to me a few nights ago. It was rather funny.

Hmmm I never had the problem before only one time I was low on health, then ran into the water that was shooting up in the air and it killed me. I started to bust up laughing. Man I could go on about this game forever, got time on ur hands? haha
