Me too, but I average almost all scores I see/read into one and make decisions based off that.

Those 2 reviews were 100% accurate.

But on topic, the GS reviews are nice because they explain more than just the game, they will explain technical issues as well. For instance I want to know what version to get, the PS3 or 360 version, but IGN's review doesn't talk about that type of stuff. Some dude on this forum said that the PS3 version had crazy framerate issues, but that's all I have to go from.

If I want a review I go to IGN. GS doesn't seem to like PS3 and always rates 360 games higher.

GAMESPOT DOES GIVE A PRETTY GOOD REVIEW OF GAMES BUT THE PEOPLE I TRUST THE MOST IS GAME INFORMER. I'VE BEEN READING THEM FOR YEARS AND THEY HAVEN'T LET ME DOWN AT ALL. THEIR OPINIONS ARE USUALLY RIGHT ON THE MONEY WITH MINE. TOO BAD ONLY ONE ISSUE GETS DROPPED A MONTH. I ALSO LIKE IGN BUT SOMETIMES THEY ARE TOO GERNEROUS IN THEIR REVIEWS.

I like gametrailers. Nothing is better than video reviews, and they usually are pretty fair.

I don't just check the score ..I read the reviews....

And after reading I decide if it sounds like something I could enjoy... Stubbs the zombie did not get great scores ..good scores but I just red the review and I though it sounded enjoyable and i was right.

In fact, RFoM's and Motorstorm's scores only reinforced the notion that GS' reviews are the best around for me.

I personally think gametrailers video review is the best. Its better broken down and seems to be very accurate.

Agreed. IMO, RFoM would've received AAA if it had online co-op and online features like Halo2's party system has (voice messages, anyone can invite to party, etc).

RFoM is a solid start for the franchise. RFoM2 should be AAA with no problem.

I went to Bestbuy today, they already have darkness and tranformers on the shelves. Now I'm waiting for the reviews.. but guess I won't get these reviews for a while.

A couple of years ago, someone from gamespot said they always tried to review on time, but they got so many games to review, it's not possible to review all games in time.

However, there's almost no game to review since May, and now there are 4 games to review (rainbow six, harry potter, darkness, and transformers), and yet none of them are up.

Seriously, Gamespot is slacking off, I can't take it anymore. Next year, I won't be renew the membership for sure. What's the use of a gaming site if I can't find reviews in time, can't find good trailers of good games... oh well, just forget it.
