KILL THE LEVEL CAP
Sorry about the caps, but I can't stress that enough. I don't want any level caps that are "suddenly raised" only in DLC. I think that's a low dirty trick..
Glitches and freezing. Expecting "less" is a little more realistic than "none at all" (though one can dream..)
I don't want the game to "end" when you finish the main campaign. That's one of the major things that sucked about Fallout 3. It ended. Again, low dirty trick with "Broken Steel".
Personally? One thing I've always wanted to do in Fallout 3 was set traps like the ones you came across. Strollers, rigging computer terminals, mail boxes, pressure plate gun traps, wire tripped explosions, grenade traps. I would LOVE to have a skill that can set those things up. Why does it only "exist" as if it were set by Raiders and what not (though, they don't actually set them, they're just there to make it seem so). That is something I would've loved to do. Especially if you could rig your own safe house or something from intruders.
I would like something "ala Oblivion" called The Skeleton Key that would make it easy to auto-open any lock if obtained a certain way. Or at least some kind of rumble feature so you could actually "feel your way through it".
Oh and one last thing. For the love of god, HAVE MP3 PLAYBACK via Pipboy! You play a freakn' game for 100+ hours on average or something, with an extremely limited soundtrack! Sure, that whole "retro sound" was cool at first. But those same eight songs over and over again, get pretty damn old and stale. Especially if you're just wandering the land. I can probably write my own biography on "Butcher Pete" by now:evil:
