i thought the The Orange Box was lame

i was too dumb to play Portal

i thought Half-Life 2 was lame i liked the 1st Half-Life but the 2nd just made me felt sad certain missions such as the one you ride the motor-boat is boring. it takes forever to get a new weapon, you run out of bullets to quickly, your mark 5 suit or whateva didn't have many chargers, and having to stand through a cutscene as yourself for the full time is boring.Lol i know this might be a bit random but.... the only thing i found worth playing Half-Life 2 was to see that hot chick.

Team Fortress 2 i was looking forward to but when i got online i found out everyone plays Team Fortress on PC so Team Fortress was a waste

so overall i wasn't really satisfied with The Orange Box

Too dumb to play Portal?

I dunno, I have Portal on PC and it wasn't that hard for me aside from that one very tricky jump later on. It's just basic problem solving. You do that in video games anyways lol

As far as HL2 goes. HL2 on the PC made me sick as a dog. So I'm just avoiding that all together. Some FPS games I can't play at all.

All the games are awesome, but The load times suck and take a little bit away from the overall package.

I loved it. It's great value for money if you're into that kinda game. Though I do agree about the vehicle parts being too long. Other than that, I pretty much enjoyed HL2 all the way through. Glad I could finally experience Portal, too.

Orange Box was one of the best buys this year for me! HL2 is one of my favourite games, and Episodes 1 & 2 were great. Portal & Team Fortress 2 were 2 of the most addictive games I've ever played.

Portal was my fave game of 2007. Love it to bits. Got it on the PC and it's not really that hard.

You want hard, try downloading Portal: Prelude. Starts off stupidly hard and just gets harder. Dunno what the guy who developed it was thinking. Out of love for the game he wanted to make an expansion but he forgot to include the fun.

Portal ranks up there as one of my favourite games...so simple, yet so addictive.

Half life 2 was cool for me cause I never played a halflife before. I agree with you in regards to TF2...just not my style of game.

I found the controls on the PS3 version to suck really bad.

Maybe it's just me, but the Half Life games never really grew on me. I traded it in.

You can do far worse for $29.99 though...

On the PS3? I don't have a lot of the problems other people do, but I heard the frame rate hangs a bit at times. Only problem I had on PS3 was that I couldn't connect to a TF2 server.

As far as the games as a whole go? 5 instances of pure genius on one disc.
