I can't really judge from experience, but from what I have seen from demo's Dark Sector, DMC4, Dynasty Warriors 6, Tony Hawk (seriously they need to do something with that series) Genji, Armored Core 4 (they really need to do something with THAT series and go back to the old controls), Def Jam Icon, A lot of the earlier games basically.
NGS rocked, I am actually considering selling my Wii to get a 360 for that game and a few other RPG's.
i brought assassin creed the day it releases. boy, was i felt regret buying it. the reviews are bias and the hype is ver big. the game is too repetitive and the most annoying thing i found in the game is how the NPC repeating the same sentence back and forth.
I would avoid Grand Theft Auto 4 and i know i will get flammed for saying it. I wrote a full review so you can decide for yourself, but i recommend a rental.
The game to play is naughty dog's Uncharted: drakes fortune. You can beat it on a rental, (i did) but it is a lot of fun. Top notch graphics, story, voice acting, gameplay, and mission variety, to name a few things i liked.
