Your thoughts on the upcoming Battlefield Bad Company?

A couple of my buddies are crazy excited about this game and I just watched my first Youtube video of it and I was very impressed. Seemed as smooth as COD4 with more gameplay options in my opinion. Of course it is only a Beta so far but I have to see it is now completely on my radar!

Your opinions?

I was hyped for it, until I saw the last gameplay videos. Apparently a swing of a knife, causes fences to explode. Also, the destructable enviroment points are all pre-set.Logan832

i always knew the destructables were preset it was soo obvious from the first videos we saw. dont know why most people took so long to catch on it seems. plus its EA, from that fact alone i could have said when they first announced destructible environments it wasn't gonna be anything grand.

it is still a good feature though. but they could have made it better. the knife thing does seem kinda lame.

meh. i can't believe people are actually hyped for this game while other shooters like haze are on their way. This game looks worse than soldiers of fortune if it werent for the destructable environments.

It still looks rubbish though.

To add to what he said, it's a multiplatformer, which means the PS3 gamers who buy this game will get screwed over.
