oooooooooo sry. But there are some rumors going around that the next psp update may have a flash player capable of youtube, but it's just a rumor so..........yea.
You may be able to do it with NO-TALK stuff. But, well, thats NO-TALK stuff. I wouldn't worry too much about it. You can always check out youtube on your computer.

no its actually 8 now :P No, YouTube is still running on 7. I'm sure because it runs fine on the Wii browser, and its support is limited to 7 because of the Flash SDK (which hasn't been updated to support 8 or 9).
but yea sony wont be realsing a new flash player any time soon, the next firmware update is gonna be 3.96 so i cant see anythign special about that
The PSP probably isn't powerful enough to running anything higher than 6 anyways.

its kinda hard to say but the only way to do that is useing the custom fw

yeah, and then you have to have PSPtube, srry i cannot say anymore because we can't talk about this on this forum, but it works, i'm going to use it in about 5 minutes on mine!
If you have CFW then PSPtube is a home brew that allows you to watch youtube videos. However, this is a mod free alternitive for downloading and eventualy viewing youtube vids on your psp. You should take a look at all the different kinds of portals the internet had to offer on the psp.
