Sure, while the start was a ploy,

This is factually inaccurate.

The IG deemed the whistle blower report credible and urgent, that alone dismisses your assessment. But then the Kurt Volkner's testimony backed it up. Then the text messages from the 3 Diplomats completely sealed the deal. (R) Senator Ron Johnson confirmed those as well.

You won't find anyone outside of extreme tribals defending the facts. It happened. They are now switching to "well is it really illegal?".

Trump has not been quiet and has in some regards just made things worse than if he had just let the whole shit show surrounding this "whistleblower" take place.

If Trump had not spoken it would have gotten much worse either way due to the new information unearthed over the last 3 days confirming more and more of the WB Report. Neither of which Trump had control of.

That being said his words have indeed made it far worse, with the FEC Chair weighing in even China dunking on him.

No , the ploy part is not factually incorrect, first of all, while I know some media sources have as fake, the "whistleblower" rules was "revised" before the complaint was filed, not forgetting that no court in the land will allow hearsay.

So at the basis, this is/was a ploy but what happened afterwards is evidence that Trump and his staff are either deliberately or by stupidity trying to end his presidency either before which is unlikely considering the senate but most certainly in the re-election run.

It´s insane to watch and especially the liberties Schiff took with the truth and his dramatic reenactment which is in itself a grounds to throw him off the committee position and send him back home.

Hearsay? Some one hasn't read the new text messages or Ron Johnson's statements. It not a "ploy" if it's real and serious. You are spreading random conspiracy theories.

The IG is a deep state agent?

Kurt Volker is a deep state agent?

Ron Johnson is a deep state agent?

Bill Taylor is a deep state agent?

These men all worked in tandem with the whistleblower as a secret ploy? You sound like you have not kept up with the recent events of this extremely explosive and historic situation.

TBH I'm not sure why this even matters when so much of damning content in the WB Report has been absolutely confirmed from data outside of the WB Report.

It´s insane to watch

So literally everyone who has given damning testimony, texts, transcripts, statements, and are in on this "ploy"? You are aware how much evidence we have now right?

Kurt Volker is a deep state agent?

Ron Johnson is a deep state agent?

Bill Taylor is a deep state agent?

You will have to prove it, until you do so it is not a ploy and that is a conspiracy theory you just cooked up.

@Jacanuk said:

I was hoping you would have moved on to the next fake goal-post of "well it's not illegal?!" That would be less insulting.

You are reading what you want, it´s funny to watch how you keep referring to comments as actual evidence when even Trump´s own words are not conclusive of anything but all comes down to interpretation.

Volker, Johnson and Taylor words are not the smoking gun it´s all open to interpretation and where you land all comes down to which political bias you have and try not to link me to bias sources or "experts" when we all know that in cases like this with no "smoking gun" and it comes down to interpretation

So basically you have nothing factually.

All that will end Trump is Trump himself if he does not shut the hell up and just let the democrats dig their own grave.

You are factually wrong on your interpretation of plainly written English. This is not coded. These are regular sentences. There are more than once instances of them, in case you think it is just a chance string. With TWO people stressing the same concern.

The incredibly damning Ukraine texts from State Department officials, explained

https://www.vox.com/policy-and-politics/2019/10/4/20898215/trump-text-messages-ukraine-impeachment

The texts get even uglier in late August and early September. That’s when Trump’s decision to hold up $400 million in military aid for Ukraine entered the discussion. One State diplomat, Bill Taylor, twice raised concerns that this was connected to Trump’s demands for investigations and with US politics. And, twice, Ambassador Gordon Sondland responded by urging him to talk on the phone rather than by text message.

“Are we now saying that security assistance and WH meeting are conditioned on investigations?” Taylor wrote on September 1. “Call me,” Sondland answered.

Eight days later, Taylor wrote: “As I said on the phone, I think it’s crazy to withhold security assistance for help with a political campaign.” Sondland responded by denying that this was the case — and urging him not to text about the matter anymore.

GOP senator says diplomat told him Trump was withholding aid to ensure investigations

https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/trump-impeachment-inquiry/gop-senator-says-diplomat-told-him-trump-was-withholding-aid-n1062706

These are english words and they have dictionary meanings. They are written in sentences with clear meanings.

And this is on top of the IG stating TWICE that the WB-Report is CREDIBLE. A report that has over and over been corroborated.

This is all very real. Your new defense should be "but is it illegal?" rather than disputing the facts thus far. In which case the FEC Chair would like to have a word with you.

Facts matter. I will not "agree to disagree" on facts. That is nonsense.

How can you have such a hard time understanding that the "tweets, Transcripts, statements"are all opinions from someone else and while the words are words, they are so ambiguous that the meaning you lay into them is simply based on your political bias.

And do we really need to dig into what is a fact? because every single debate seems to come down to not understanding the difference between opinions and facts.

It´s like opinion polls and the fact that they are not actual facts but merely opinions.

Also, so you're saying the FEC Chair is just giving an opinion when she cites the law? The transcript isn't an opinion, we saw what Trump said. What Trump said in those transcripts was not hearsay. We saw what those diplomats said, it was not hearsay. They are directly asking why we are giving things in exchange for investigations on Biden. Text messages and phone transcripts are often used as evidence. I expect these to be used as evidence in impeachment hearings.

There is a reason why everyone is scrambling over this evidence. There is a reason why this is a huge nukedrop news headlining worldwide.

The results are facts if we are talking about what the opinion polls data is.

Yes, the FEC is stating an opinion on whether or not an action taken is actually an against the law especially when we are talking about something as ambiguous as what has happened this time, is she able to give an educated guess sure, but the only one who matters and can say if something is a crime is the judge and in the case of impeachment the senate.

Also, not everyone s scambling, we have the usual suspects the democrats and the left popping the impeachment-champagne and calling it a day

while the rest is either on the fence or on Trump´s side or staying neutral.

So you can try all you want to but this time is no different from the Russian fake news collusion story.

I trust the FEC CHAIR over "Jackanuk" of Gamespot. Sorry. She has to post this when Trump solicits aid from China and Ukraine,

Yes they are. Even FOX's hard news can no longer ignore these facts I laid out. They are shitting on Trump as well.

Judge Andrew Napolitano: Trump’s call with Ukraine president manifests criminal and impeachable behavior

C'mon even extreme right outlets like DailyCaller have moved to a new goal post. They accept Trump did this and it is bad. They are now doing the new spin that it's not really illegal and impeachable. Follow their lead because you look really bad right now being stuck in the Q-Anon territory calling this all fake.

Tucker Carlson says Trump's Ukraine call was inappropriate: 'There's no way to spin this'

@Jacanuk said:

Herpa Derpa,

Almost two-thirds (64 per cent) of Americans believe that Donald Trump pressuring the leader of Ukraine to investigate his potential 2020 presidential rival is a serious issue, according to a new poll.

1. I do not have to try. This is confirmed. We are past the conversation of whether it is real or not. The evidence is out there, this thing blew up already. Now it's down to the Senate. We know how that will likely go.

2. This is very different from the "Fake news" collusion story, in that it's already proven. Literally. Pretty sure the debate has now just moved on to if it was illegal and if Senate will vote to remove him (they won't).

P.S. I never said he had illegally conspired to colluded.

Good news everyone, our president isn't actually a scumbag in chief after all. No actually the fault of this call lies with the energy secretary Rick Perry, somehow. Thus far, Rick Perry has had no documented involvement and the memo of the call had little or nothing to with energy resources.

But trust me, he's totally the guy behind it all.

This is even stupider than him trying to deny the Stormy Daniels shit.

-It was a whistleblower lie!
-It was a perfect call
-It was a lie from Schiff
-It was made up by the deep state
-Okay it wasn't a whistleblower lie, but we should look into Hunter Biden!
-Actually it was about corruption in general
-Perry told me to do it.

This is hilarious.

Half of the conservatives are still stuck on spinning the actual reality of this event (if it's real or not).

The other half accept it is real (because it is) and are stuck on spinning just how bad it is.

@PraetorianMan: ...and yet Trumpettes will defend this. When Jacanuk and JimB stop slobbering and come up for air, they'll start spinning this.

I love how that article you linked so nonchalantly opens up with a fact that so many nutjobs still deny

KYIV, Ukraine (AP) — As Rudy Giuliani was pushing Ukrainian officials last spring to investigate one of Donald Trump’s main political rivals,

Also damn this shit just keeps getting worse and worse. What a bunch of scumbags.

Is that legit?

Lol. Dementia is known to severely exacerbate underlying personality traits, and the degree of Trump's delusional narcissism and ego points strongly to it. I mean seriously, "in my great and unmatched wisdom"??

How do his supporters not lose their shit over this clown? I get a great hoot and a holler every time I read his tweets.

Are you kidding? He's giving them more material than ever to work with, the only problem is Trump's made their satire nearly indistinguishable from reality.

I find the whole impeachment thing hilarious. It's provided some of the best content for comedy thus far.

Watching the Dems make Trump flip out and make crazy tweets is pure gold. Knowing that this whole impeachment charade has no chance of working in their favor whatsoever, means that the comedy will continue when the Democrats suddenly learn this.

I'm just enjoying the show.

Knowing that this whole impeachment charade

The idea that this is some kind of "charade" or "plot" has been already debunked via the ICIG and DNI who both found the WB Report Credible. If you don't trust those men, then the actual evidence has already been publicly posted which confirms it. Both the transcript and ludicrously damning texts.

I would very much appreciate you do not continue to use false conspiracy theories regarding this matter.

Polls flash warning signs for Trump on impeachment

In the Washington Post poll, two-thirds of independents surveyed and one-third of Republicans said Trump was wrong to pressure Ukraine to investigate Biden. Overall, 62 percent of voters said Trump’s actions were inappropriate and 58 percent support impeachment.

Oh just wow,

White House official said Zelensky call was 'crazy' and 'frightening' in memo

Washington (CNN)A White House official who listened in on President Donald Trump's July call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky characterized the conversation as "crazy," "frightening" and was described as "shaken" by the call, according to a memo written by the whistleblower behind the recent intelligence community report about the conversation flagged to Congress.

The memo, a source familiar with the whistleblower report told CNN, was turned over to Inspector General Michael Atkinson who submitted it to Congress. The New York Times first reported the existence of the memo.Inside the White House's effort to contain Ukraine call falloutCNN previously reported that in the hours and days after the Ukrainian President signed-off from the call, nervous word spread among national security aides about the contents of the July 25 call, an early show of worry that Trump's request for an investigation into Joe Biden was far from the "perfect" conversation he now insists transpired. The scramble and fallout from the call, described by six people familiar with it, parallels and expands upon details described in the whistleblower complaint. The anxiety and internal concern reflect a phone conversation that deeply troubled national security professionals, even as Trump now insists there was nothing wrong with how he conducted himself. And it shows an ultimately unsuccessful effort to contain the tumult by the administration's lawyers. At least one National Security Council official alerted the White House's national security lawyers about the concerns, three sources familiar with the matter said. Those same lawyers would later order the transcript of the call moved to a highly classified server typically reserved for code-word classified material.

I don't think many dems are under the impression that impeachment will not be crushed in the senate. human tube sock McConnell will ensure that.

Well he said the impeachment has no chance of working. If by this he means Trump being impeached, he's probably wrong. I think they will certainly impeach at this point, the evidence is too damning.

If by "working" he's talking about Trump's removal by Senate, of course it won't happen. The GOP Senate is a damn cult at the moment. But considering the polling on this issue, it's going to be to their detriment come elections.
