Media using the term "protesters" and "demonstrators" over "rioters"

That's why I asked. Well, I'm not even sure what were talking about anymore. I'm not really paying that much attention and may have been talking with someone else.

They are rioting and tearing there communities apart. This poor lady just breaks my heart!

You just used manipulated language. People aren't illegal. Dreamers is an actual term for people who are part of the DREAM program, which is where that term comes from. You are confusing the two, or more likely, the media you watched confused them for you to promote a certain point of view.

More like Antifa and similar groups. The people angry about Floyd's death could have stopped rioting already but here we are, with stuff just getting worse.

Just makes you ask which one is it, protestors acting out because they're tired of racist cops murdering black people or white supremacists just trying to cause chaos? Both arguments have been made on this forum.

The media will always try to manipulate a story to seem better or worst than it actually is. That being said, These rioters are idiots. They're burning down their own towns, destroying businesses and ruining the lives of thousands of people. And what are they accomplishing? Absolutely nothing.

If they are illegal, then the law should probably change so they wont be. There is already plenty of empirical evidence to support that illegal immigrants, contribute more to society than they harm it.

Dreamers were raised in the US and know no other country. I think they should be legalized. Hell it would help Social Security to increase the base that pay in. I also think we should offer asylum to those in danger and make immigration easier. All of which will help the country.

I wouldn’t even say rioters. Vandals and thieves seems more appropriate. Criminals if you need to get even more specific.

Most of the footage that I can find of people pillaging or razing buildings or throwing rocks into windows feature people with darker skins so I doubt that most of them are far right groups? The media is twisting and turning as much as they can in their morbid dance. They are in their element now aren't they? They have been the great catalyst for all of this. The polarisation, echo chambers, the resurgence of racism. The silencing online. For all this destruction and distrust. They asked for so much pain to fuel their machine. And now we can give them all the pain they're looking for. We can give them true stories to tell, ones they don't need to lie about.

Maybe once the police thins out enough, the media can be effectively dealt with. I hear the police are quitting in increasing numbers. It's turning into a playground. At the same time I cannot wait, yet I want them to come to their senses.
