It seems there is a very good suspect already. A man, in his 60s, recently lost two family members, isn't married, no children of his own, and may have recently lost his job as well. The depression and stress of that seem like very power motive for suicide. It's been reported that the ATF and FBI raided his residence and on street view, images of the home clearly show the same RV. Neighbors said the RV went missing a couple days ago, and hasn't been seen since, nor has the suspect, so he's very likely the "human remains" that they found. Also, ownership of his home had been transferred to someone else recently for $0. He gave it away.
Other evidence in the video has more of a rapid swoosh sound just before the feed cuts out rather than a bang, and the black soot covering the site, and relatively low energy explosion for the suspected composition of the explosive would suggest the air/fuel mixture was too rich, resulting in ejecting a lot of unburnt fuel that resulted in the fires that happened afterwards, so this person wasn't an expert at making bombs, but a complete amateur. This would be consistent with someone who isn't a terrorist at all, which reinforces the suicide theory.
So it doesn't seem like there is anything political going on here. I doubt he's affiliated with any groups, I doubt he was Muslim, and I doubt any political affiliations have anything to do with it. Everything points to a suicide, and a means to bring attention to it.
The question that doesn't seem to be answered though is why an AT&T building. I think I read somewhere the suspect may have used to work in IT, and he still worked recently in a technical field. If it was just a random suicide to bring attention to, he could have just as easily blew himself up in an empty lot.
