Because they're unbelievably racist and he replaced a black guy. His followers are literal Nazis and Klansmen. There was a lot of denial about this, but I think what happened in Charlottesville made it abundantly clear what kinds of people support this douche: white supremacist assholes.
I doubt his followers also want working health care that isn't private. Or how about this, taken from Wikipedia: "Hitler declared that "every activity and every need of every individual will be regulated by the collectivity represented by the party" and that "there are no longer any free realms in which the individual belongs to himself""
I am not arguing against them being Klansmen or white supremacist. I just think some, if not all, of those carrying Nazi flags wouldn't say they favour Nazism if they knew more about it.
