@LJS9502_basic: Again, I am sorry, give me forgiveness.
One of the most American things I can possibly do is my right to free speech; it is #1 in fact. We have the right to criticize our own country without consequences. I come from a place of disappointment yet desire for a better tomorrow.
Opposition politics sure is a bitch, you know, and all I've seen since 2016 is endless crossfires of nothing but opposition politics from all sides of the spectrum.
I gravely worry this will be the downfall of our country if we don't get our shit together.
I'll be critical of the left today, because I mostly identify with the left, aka I believe I can put the most sense in the left since I relate the best.
I'll admit, I have not paid attention to the TC until this thread. I don't have a clue what kind of reputation he has on this board, but I can see clearly he's struck a nerve with a lot of you.
But holding grudges against the TC is not why I'm here, I'm here on behalf of some of the responses I see in this thread.
Arrogance rings true when some people have nothing better to say than "**** your corrupted country so we don't have to talk about ours" or anything along those lines rings oh so true.
Opposition for the sake of than discussing real problems that can lead to fixing shit, doesn't get anything done as much as pouring more gasoline into the fire.
I want you to be better, I want me to be better; I want everyone to be better, but none of this will happen for as long as we look at things from only one perspective and perpetually insist that's the only perspective at all.
