If you're indicted, you're not a felon. It means you've been charged. lol

There's plenty of people who have been charged but not convicted in the county jail. So it's okay to take their all their freedoms before conviction just don't take their guns?

Did you just try and compare the freedoms (or the lack) of someone in jail with the freedoms of someone not in jail as a basis for your position?

Most people in jail haven't been convicted of any crime. This is the same excuse Stevo is using saying you shouldn't take their gun rights away. "No conviction = no punishment" is his argument.

So why are people who haven't been convicted sitting in jail? If you can put someone who hasn't been convicted in jail, surely you can take guns from someone who hasn't been convicted? If you can't take guns from someone who hasn't been convicted, how can you throw someone who hasn't been convicted in jail, for a crime they maybe didn't even commit?

Come on, guys. I really hope you're just playing that dumb.

Ugh, either due to probable cause or because a judge signed a warrant ordering their detainment.

You obviously don't understand what he's talking about.

Explaining the difference between a felon and an indictment is not the same as saying "no conviction, no punishment." lol Holy reaching batman.

I don't know if you're being purposely clueless or not, but it's not between a convicted felon and an indictment. This is an individual who was detained after a warrant by a judge who agreed with the potential evidence against him, and indicted after having found the evidence against him. This weaselly wordplay of yours with indictment and felon is stupid and doesn't apply to the situation.

If felons aren't involved, why mention it in the topic title and your original post? lol
