He’s going to announce that great healthcare plan that includes everyone no matter your underlying health issues in .... “TWO WEEKS.”

Yes in TWO WEEKS!

Remember just TWO WEEKS!

Set an alarm for TWO WEEKS!

Meanwhile, Trump just fired defence secretary Mark Esper.

I assume Trump is going to fire heaps of people in his final days - presumably as a promotional piece for the next season of The Apprentice?

I'm not big with Mark Esper but he didn't deserve this kind of an exit.

Seeing how he's replacing key people in the Defense Department with loyalists, it looks like he might be considering the coup path if things don't work out his way.

Nope. It's also dangerous for national security to not allow the transition forward. One of the reasons for 911 was late transition. From what I've seen over the last four years is the republican party is no longer interested in democracy.

Hopefully he will STFU about the election and leave properly. He needs to suck it up and understand that he lost the election and that it was all his fault. He did a lot of things to piss off the left and get them out to vote so this is all on his shoulders.

Also if he has any proof of election tampering PROVE IT. I am tired of just hearsay. If you have proof start showing it.

I just can't wait to see how the left takes it when he builds his presidential library.

No one will care when he builds his presidential library. Picture books no doubt though.

Trump's Museum will be a Discovery Zone style playplace attached to the back of a McDonalds. Quote this for future reference when my prediction comes true.

Picture Books? You are giving him too much credit.

Pretty sure his library will just be a warehouse for copies of Art of the Deal.

Edit: And advertisements to Mar-a-Lago.

He's already throwing out the more qualified people and putting loyalists in their place. It seems to me that he's trying to jam something through that ordinary, sane people would push back on.

A fast food plaza would be more his speed. He won't ready anything more than 250 characters.

This clown cannot even make the distinction between “poles” and “polls”.

Naming a library after Trump is like naming an astronomy museum after flat earther Nathan Thompson. It’s an insult to libraries everywhere to have Trump’s name anywhere near them.

That seems like a bit of a death sentence, tbh.

Any business with Trump's name on it seems to go bankrupt within a few years.

Oh I'm sure he will be in most libraries when you look up one-term presidents who were impeached and lost the popular vote.

Or under failed coup attempts.

Or maybe in the dictionary beside the entry for gaslighting.

I'm not too worried about the prospects of a coup. The uniformed soldiers are not going to side with him over the Constitution.

What I do worry about is him making it even harder for Biden to effectively govern, but it seems Joe is ahead of him on that. Seems he's getting his appointees ready for day one, and he's at least getting SOME classified info from Kamala Harris, who is still a Senator right now.

That said, I'm not sure what the GOP expect from blindly following this idiot who will betray them at the first opportunity to better himself. 9/11, which is widely agreed upon was caused in part due to lack of focus from the delayed transition then, basically won the 2004 election for George W. Bush. A similar tragedy would almost certainly galvanize most of the nation behind Biden.

I wouldn't be too sure of that. You cannot pass on classified information to someone unless they are given the clearance and the need to know. Without the transition moving forward I don't think those two things are met. Kamala Harris has the information certainly and when he's given the go ahead she will most definitely pass on what she knows but she cannot do that right now.

@LJS9502_basic: I somehow doubt they've not talked at all. They're probably talking about it when they're alone, which I imagine they would be at some point. Long as there's no paper trail and all that.

That's a violation though and I'd hope the soon to be vice president would know that.

easy explanation: you see, all the logical and reasonable people that follow the news are split among local news, BBC, AP, etc., plus actually reading the news.

all the gullible fools that can't read and comprehend reality all go to Fox 'News', since that's the only major 'news' (i use that term loosely here) source that caters specifically to the most ignorant Americans.
