Why does Biden keep spreading lies about Trump to stoke racial division?

This is a lie from Biden intended to inflame racial division and make people listening think that Trump cis racist and called all Mexicans "rapist". This is something I've read and heard from liberals for years.

Since I know people want full context of quotes and don't just to conclusions based on actual words spoken.

What he actually said:

"When Mexico sends its people, they're not sending their best." They're sending people that have a lot of problems, and they're bringing those problems with us. They're bringing drugs. They're bringing crime. They're rapists. And some, I assume, are good people."

As the party of science I'm sure the Democrats also look at the statistics and see the violence that confronts illegal aliens trying to sneak into America, including from rapist. At no point did Trump say "I'm going to take on those rapist Mexicans". Can we get a fact check on whether any illegal aliens that have come from Mexico have been rapist? Again, as the party of facts and science why not look at the data?

Even worse, Biden's entire reason for running is based on a lie, which is that Trump referred to white supremacist's in Charlottesville as "very fine people".

What Trump actually said:

Earlier he also said:

“Racism is evil. And those who cause violence in its name are criminals and thugs, including the KKK, neo-Nazis, white supremacists, and other hate groups that are repugnant to everything we hold dear as Americans.”

“Not all of those people were white supremacists by any stretch. Those people were also there because they wanted to protest the taking down of a statue of Robert E. Lee.”

From these statements Biden runs this ad in order to make people think that Trump is racist and sow racial division in order to help his campaign. Why is Biden taking quotes out of context as the basis for his campaign allowed, but posting actual quotes from Biden not allowed? Why doesn't the press challenge him on this and keep repeating his lies?

Also, don't respond with some mumbo jumbo about Trump telling 2 trillion lies or that Republicans are worse. I'm asking specifically about the actions of Biden and the press on lying with the specific purpose of painting someone as racist and sowing racial division within the country.

This isn't some anomaly. Biden has been pushing divisive racial narratives his whole career. It's precisely the kind of politician he is, not some glitch in his message.

For a frame of reference, here are just a few things Biden has said, and this is not even looking at his record for legislation (things like his crime bill).

September 2020: "Some Black woman was able to stack the grocery shelf"

May 2020: “I tell you if you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black,”

August 2019: “Poor kids” just as bright as “white kids”

August 2012: “Put y’all back in chains”

February 2007: Obama is "the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean”

2006: "You can't go to a 7-Eleven or a Dunkin Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent"

If a Republican had said any of these things, especially paired with Biden's legislative record, the people asking for this thread to be closed would be tripping over themselves to dismiss the figure as a casual racist.
