Fairfax county decided to change the voting regulations two weeks before the election to allow for cheating. They scrapped the requirement on mail in ballots requiring the last four digits of your social security number be on the mail in ballot, against state state law.

If Democrats don't get something passed that they can brag about, it'll be bad for them. But based on history, the House is almost certain to flip back to the GOP no matter what the Democrats do.

The Senate could go either way, though, so passing something notable could help there (and not passing therefore hurt).

However, aside from all that, the most important thing could actually turn out to be Trump, again. In a mid-term, the party that doesn't hold the White House usually has the advantage - its voters are angry and motivated, whereas the other party's voters are complacent. Both parties will be using Trump's name, a lot, because he motivates voters both for and against him. How effective that is may end up depending on how visible Trump himself is, either by his own choice, due to the House investigation, or due to various lawsuits.

i just want the 80's to come back. were everyone loved each other and didn't care who was in office. I have family members now not talking because of this crap.
