Who is the madder evil genius?

They should do a Doctor Wily Versus Doctor Robotnik videogame to find out who is the most evil.

Plotline: Somehow both Megaman and Sonic the Hedgehog have been defeated by their evil doctors. Who now face each other...

I vote for Dr Wily

I think screw attack did a battle of this, and Metal Sonic killed them both. Anyway, I have to go with Dr. Robotnik since I think he's way funnier and probably smarter too. Wily is just kind of dull in comparison, but his Zero virus was epic.
