For me it has to be Mortal Kombat 2 so many great memories playing that game back in the day.

I never went to arcades much. I do have an arcade stick and a MiSTer FPGA though.

Daytona USA, don't really like the game, but seeing the full Arcade cabinet of it something about it is irresistible

Best arcade ever is King of Dragons. With just two buttons and a lot of level variation you can never be tired of playing it! I played it since it was realesed and it play it even today.

Berzerk, i really liked that game as a kid, i would just go to the arcade store just to play Berzerk, i just didn't play anything else, until i bought a PS2 in the early 2000's.
